3.2 Payment Processing – When you initiate payments, Tipz transmits your payment details to our authorised payment gateways (Magnati, Mashreq or Network International) and stores necessary transaction identifiers. Tipz does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Payment processing is governed by the third party’s terms and security protocols.

3.3 Service Improvement and Analytics – We analyse aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to enhance and customise our Services, develop new features, troubleshoot problems and optimise user experience. We do not use third-party analytics tools; any analysis is performed internally in accordance with this policy.

4.2 Merchants – For transactions involving a merchant, Tipz shares relevant user information (such as name, order details and payment status) so that the merchant can fulfil orders, manage billing and perform customer support.

4.3 Service Providers – We may engage third-party vendors to provide IT infrastructure, data hosting (within the European Union or other jurisdictions offering adequate data protection), customer support, fraud-prevention and professional advisory services. These vendors are bound by contractual obligations to protect personal information and may only use it for specified purposes.
